It must be difficult to live in the public glare when everyone and his wife is monitoring your every move, let alone the haters on social media.
Pierce Brosnan, known for playing the perfect charmer and starring opposite countless attractive leading ladies, is typically portrayed as quite the Casanova. In actuality, he is a devoted husband and ideal family guy.
We may all aspire to the marriage of James Bond star Pierce Brosnan and his journalist, author, and television celebrity wife Keely Shaye Smith.
The loving pair has been together for almost 25 years and still only looks into each other’s eyes. Their relationship illustrates that real love can withstand stardom, aging, and all of the physical changes that come with it.
Pierce and Keely have been close friends, confidantes, and lovers for the past 30 years. After meeting at a Mexican bar in 1992, the couple began dating in 1994 and married seven years later.
When Keely was supposed to interview Ted Danson, she ended up becoming friends with Pierce.
Their first date seems like something out of a love novel. They “sat down under the stars and he held my hand,” according to Keely. Overhead, fireworks were fired off while Kenny Loggins sang. We chatted till three in the morning.
Keely told People in 2001 that “he was captivating,” according to PopSugar.
“Tall, dark, and attractive—everything that would immediately capture anyone’s attention. His eyes had a wicked sparkle to them. I said, “Wow!” Wow!’”
Pierce knew immediately away that Keely was something unique.

The pair had planned to marry in 2000, but Pierce’s 16-year-old son was wounded in a vehicle accident in the United States before then. He therefore received a spinal injury, prompting his father to postpone the wedding.
Pierce and Keely were eventually married in the ancient Irish fortress Ashford Castle, making their ideal wedding a reality. The newlyweds had secured 120 rooms at the dream hotel for their closest friends and family, but Pierce had arranged for a large security detail to keep the public and media at away.

Pierce and Keely were without a doubt a match made in heaven, since their two boys were born shortly after they began dating.
Since then, Keely has kept a demanding work schedule for her own job while still providing exceptional care for the children. Pierce’s children from a previous marriage to Cassandra Harris, who died of cancer in 1991, have also received loving care from Keely.

Before meeting Pierce, Keely had worked as an actor and model. Keely’s weight has gotten a lot of attention recently, especially in gossip magazines.

While acting alongside some of Hollywood’s most attractive females over his storied career, Brosnan opted to fly his wife to the locations where he was filming to spend more time with her.
“I missed her no matter where I traveled in the globe, so I would send her tickets to see me so we could be together. We simply seemed to click, he says.
Pierce Brosnan’s role as Dr. Fate in the sci-fi action picture Black Adam has recently ended. The actor plays a superhero and sorcerer in this DC Comics character.
However, the 69-year-old actor made it a point to keep some parts of his own life distinct from his depiction. He was wearing his wedding band and a watch given to him by his late wife, Keely Shaye Smith.
“This is our wedding ring, and this is a watch that Keely bought me many years ago with an inscription that [reads], ‘Time flies on love’s wings,’” he remarked in an interview, going on to elaborate. I choose to wear it for this part, he explained. It felt appropriate at the moment.
He stated that Brosnan opted to wear these intimate items during filming since it was appropriate for his character given that he too had a wife. “The man [has] traveled through the ages,” he added. He is one of the DC comic book industry’s most powerful sorcerers. I’ve heard he had a wife named Enza, who was even stronger than him.
His wife was clearly thrilled by the subtle yet meaningful tribute her devoted husband made to her in his most recent film. I’m glad he carried those emblems with him into the domain of superpowers and superheroes, the woman said.
