After waiting for 75 years, a 101-year-old great-grandmother is happy to see her first granddaughter born.

The 101-year-old grandmother was thrilled to meet her grandson for the first time.

Even though she has five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and six stepchildren already.

It’s a well-known fact that grandparents and grandkids get along better than anyone else.

This bond gets stronger over time and brings happiness to parents and other family members.

The most important thing is that grandparents see themselves in their grandchildren and that their relationship is the right mix of love, respect, and fun.

When the old woman saw her great-granddaughter for the first time, the pictures were taken.

After 75 years, the baby was the family’s first grandchild in 75 years.

Gwen Smith, who is 101 years old, saw Maeva, who was born on November 24, 2021, in her bedroom on December 21, 2021, at the Dene Holm care facility in Northfleet, Kent, Britain.

The Smiths watched as Gwen, surrounded by many generations of her family, held the beautiful girl in her arms.

Gwen fell in love with Maeva and couldn’t stop looking at her.

“It was a one-of-a-kind event to have 5 generations there,” said the Smith family.

The Smiths thanked the care home’s staff for letting them come visit because of the flu outbreak.

A few days later, in February 2022, Gwen turned 101, so the Smiths said that she was happy and proud to have a new family member.
