We were stunned to learn what was causing a therapeutic dog to repeatedly scratch one of the nursing home’s walls.
A therapeutic dog joined our team three months ago, and I had been a nurse in a nursing home for a number of years.
It was an exceptionally bright canine with a kind and calming disposition that won over the residents and staff right away.
The dog abruptly stopped in front of a room one day as we were strolling along the hallway. In a pretty strange way, it began smelling the wall. It stopped again when we went by the same location the following day, but this time it started scratching the wall and grew more persistent.
It appeared genuinely determined, as if it were attempting to alert us to the fact that something significant was concealed there. I chose to notify the maintenance crew since I was intrigued. When they arrived, the dog started barking with such fervor that it nearly seemed like it was trying to show them exactly where to look.
They discovered something odd after tearing down a portion of the wall. We were all stunned by what they found next.
We found human remains when they took down the wall.
They were stacked in a corner, as if someone had been shut up there.
As soon as the police arrived, they verified that the remains belonged to a guy who had most likely been the victim of a crime that had taken place years prior.
This awful reality was concealed by the room’s multiple renovations and the walls that seemed to have been sealed.
What no human could sense, the dog had sensed.
The nursing facility was constructed on the grounds of an old mansion where unexplained disappearances had happened, according to the revelation, which hit the local press.
