During the funeral of a young woman, four men were unable to lift the coffin, and then the girl’s mother demanded it be opened

When four men failed to raise the casket during a young woman’s funeral, the girl’s mother insisted that it be opened.

That day’s weather complemented the atmosphere: overcast skies, humid air, and a slight wind rustling the cemetery’s trees. Up until eight men had to move the casket, everything appeared to be routine, just like at other funerals.

It had enormous handles, dark wood that was shiny, and an opulent appearance. The young woman was inside. Everyone who knew her was shocked by her passing; she was nice, smart, and gorgeous.

She was just twenty-two years old. It was an accident, officially. Rumors, however, differed. Some claimed to have witnessed her crying the previous day, while others claimed she had threatened someone. Nobody was certain. The family insisted on saying goodbye quickly.

The guys came, grasped the handles, and prepared to drop the casket into the grave when all of a sudden…

One of them said, “One, two, three!”

The casket hardly stirred.

“Once more!” he said. — One, two, three!

They moaned, strained, and panted, but they were unable to raise it. It appeared to be full of stones.

One of the pallbearers wiped his brow and mumbled, “What the…? It weighs as though there were three people inside!

The men looked at each other. There was uneasy hush around them. Already, some of the guests were whispering:

This isn’t typical.

— Has this occurred previously?

— Never.

In a low voice, one of the funeral staff members said:

— I’ve transported numerous coffins. even those of men. However, this heavy—never. It shouldn’t be this heavy.

The girl’s mother then appeared, wearing all black and sporting a stern, distressed expression. She glanced at the coffin and then at the men.

Without hesitating, she responded sternly, “Open it.”

— Are you sure? — attempted to protest a funeral worker.

“Open it,” I said.

The employees looked at each other and complied without a word. After removing the screws, they raised the lid a little.

They were horrified by what they saw inside.

The girl, wearing a light dress and holding flowers in her hands, lay peacefully. Her expression was serene. Everything is in its proper place. The inner sides, however, are higher than normal. There is a bulge beneath the thin covering. The inside insert was gently lifted by one of the men.

Suddenly, everyone flinched.

The body of a guy was wrapped in black plastic and placed into a secret room. Apparently middle-aged, with marks and a tattoo on the neck. The features were still distinguishable, but the face had started to deteriorate. A strong, chemical odor.

A funeral worker took a step back:

There’s a corpse, Lord!

— This isn’t a “double bottom” anymore. Another person sighed, “This… is a crime.”

The mother of the girl bowed her head.

— I have no idea who this is. He ought not to be present.

The employees became white.

— Not possible. The body was sent to us sealed. Everything was shut down.

One of the men questioned aggressively, “Who planned the coffin delivery?”

– Private business. via a middleman. It was an electronic order. Cash payment in full.

Hold on.

Someone pulled out a phone and dialed 911.

It was revealed later at the police station that the man in the coffin was a former construction business accountant who had been absent for a number of days.

The business is being investigated for fraud, money laundering, and theft. Sources claim that this individual was working on a prosecution dossier. Then— vanished.

The inquiry will show that the order for the “technical delivery” of a sealed coffin was given to a phony funeral home that was secured using falsified paperwork.

Yes, the genuine girl was buried. However, they concealed the body of a man who might have been a crucial witness beneath her, taking advantage of her actual funeral.

There was only one trace left: a fragmentary glove print on the second body’s plastic wrapping. That was sufficient to begin the inquiry.

Up until the very last, the girl’s mother swore that she didn’t know anything. She had not healed from the death of her daughter, so it was simple to believe.

However, someone took advantage of this sorrow, this bewilderment… He determined that the grave beneath another body would be the greatest location to conceal the evidence because no one would dig there.
