A vocalist from the 16th season of America’s Got Talent was named Peter Rosalita. In the semifinals, he was eliminated. Ten-year-old vocalist Peter Rosalita was enamored with music even before he could speak. Born and bred in Abu Dhabi, Peter is a Filipino national who is now ruling the AGT scene. He has won numerous talent competitions both in Abu Dhabi and beyond.
Upon performing “All by Myself” at his AGT audition, he was given the go-ahead on Twitter by Celine Dion herself. Peter Rosalita performed Eric Carmen’s “All by Myself” during his audition for Episode 1601. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell all voted in favor of Peter, sending him to the next round.
Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” was Peter Rosalita’s quarterfinal performance in episode 1609. Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell all gave him standing ovations. Jimmy Herrod and Peter Herrod garnered enough votes in Episode 1610 to go to the semi-finals.
